The Helitronix Multi-Mixer is a sophisticated, state of the art, electronic mixing device which is now available in two versions, Standard and Special Edition.  The standard version provides mixing capability for helicopters with a single rotor head.  This device enables you to add gyros to the pitch and/or roll axis of your helicopter.  The Special Edition version adds mixing capabilities for tandem rotor and coaxial rotor helicopters.  The Special Edition mixer can be changed from standard, tandem or coaxial rotor mixing at any time through a simple configuration setting change. 

The Standard Multi-Mixer has all the features of the original Helitronix Mixer and improves upon it.  The Multi-Mixer has eliminated all buttons and dip-switches on the mixer itself.  In combination with improvements to the computing technology inside, the Multi-Mixer is now half the size of the original.  A removable LCD module with buttons is used to access the mixer configuration menu.  Programming the mixer configuration is as straight forward as reading the prompts and selecting the values you want. This user interface makes it easier than ever to program the perfect settings at home or at the flying field. 

The Multi-Mixer further improves upon the original.  It increases the input sampling resolution and the output servo resolution from 12-bits to 16-bits.  This means the the servos will move more smoothly in response to your stick movements.  The phasing/rotor head timing adjustment has also been improved.  The mixer enables timing adjustments in 1 degree increments for easier fine tuning. 

The Special Edition Multi-Mixer has all the great features of the Standard Multi-Mixer and adds specialized functions to control tandem rotor and coaxial rotor craft.  You'll find support for Differential Collective Pitch (DCP), Elevator Mixing, collective pitch adjustment, and more.  Each item can be separately configured per rotor head for maximum flexibility.  Furthermore, the Multi-Mixer supports 2 servo standard, 3 servo standard, 3 servo 120 CCPM, 3 servo 90 CCPM and 4-servo 90 CCPM mixing modes.  Given these choices, the Special Edition Multi-Mixer is the perfect choice for upgrading the mechanical mixing system in your existing tandem or for any mechanics you may design or build in the future. 

The Multi-Mixer supports the following features:

• Mode select between standard, tandem and coaxial rotor (Special Edition only)
• Servo configurations supported:  2-servo standard, 3-servo 120 CCPM, 3-servo standard, 3-servo 90 CCPM, 4-servo 90 CCPM. 
• Electronic phasing: -45 to +45 degree phasing in 1 degree increments.
• Servo Reverse for each servo
• Sense Reverse for pitch, roll, collective pitch, and yaw axis controls.
• Digital Servo Centering Trim Adjustment for each servo.
• Control Axis Trim Adjustment for the pitch, roll, collective pitch, and yaw axis.
• Differential Collective Pitch (DCP) to control the pitch axis for tandem rotor craft and the yaw axis for coaxial rotor craft.  The DCP mixing ratio is adjustable from 0 to 100% per rotor head. (Special Edition only)
• Elevator Mixing is available for tandem rotor craft.  The elevator mixing ratio is adjustable from 0 to 100% per rotor head.  (Special Edition only)
• Supports both analog and digital servos.
• Compatible with most gyros.
